Refund policy

RETURNS

We accept return requests within 30 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible, the book must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with proof of purchase.

To request a return, email aimbkbook@gmail.com before sending anything back. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

PREORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request to cancel a preorder before it enters fulfillment by emailing aimbkbook@gmail.com. Once an order has entered fulfillment, the standard return process applies.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if the book is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

REFUNDS

After an approved return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
